Terms of entry:

2. A proper work according to the rules, sending completed entry form until the deadline.

You can enter from 30th July to 30th October.
Announcement of results and official ceremony: 1st December, Naples, Italy.

Voting period: from the 8th of October to 3rd of November
Competition process, tasks of participants:
1. One team can entry with two works maximum.
2. The captain of the team indicates theirwill of entry by sending the completed form to the organizers.
3. The participant has to attach pictures before and after digital modification,a close picture of the nails, a description (1500 characters max.) about their inspiration and an explanation of the creation process: how long did it take, what tools were used, what do they wanted to express with it.
4. Any decoration element and painting style is allowed. The modification of the result is allowed up to 15% by any digital tool.
5. The jury will evaluate the image as a whole and pay extra attention to the unique style, creativity and harmony.
6. The evaluation by the jury and the announcement of the results will be done within a month after the contest’s deadline. We will notify the participants through our website, newsletter or e-mail.
Evaluation
After public voting pictures will be evaluated by an international team of beauty experts according to the following parameters:
A, Creativity. (1-10)
B, Elaboration/Technical standards. (1-10)
C, Overall effect and harmony set to the nails. (1-10)
D, Visualization – Face and hand. (1-10)
You can only vote once for a work, but you can vote for unlimited number ofworks.

The final placement will be based on 50% of the jury’s votes and 50% of the votes of
the audience.
Terms of submitting a work
- Upload the images to the bestnails.com website in a digital format, size must be between 3 and 10 MB, and at least 300 DPI.
- The photo must show the face and hand, on the latter the decoration must be clear shown clearly. The decoration can be built-in, or a surface one, created by any technique.
- The photo can not contain any advertisement, logos or the names of the creators.
- By uploading the pictures the participants accept the rules and allow the organizers to publish their names at the announcement of results, and use their work for advertisement in the future.
- The work must be clear, easily recognizable and in high quality.

Awards ceremony and a fantastic journey to Italy for the first team, the second- and third place nail technician.
